Hi, I’m Lynette! I’m a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with specialized training in Emotional Eating and Binge Eating Disorder. But more than that—I’ve been where you are.

I’m here to help you break free from eating patterns that make you think you lack willpower. Together, we’ll untangle the signals between physical hunger and emotions—so you no longer need food to soothe feelings like anxiety, anger, loneliness, boredom, or overwhelm.

My mission is to create a safe and nurturing space for you to do the work.

I know what it’s like to struggle with emotional eating and binge eating. My journey as a health coach took an unexpected turn when I took a course on emotional and binge eating. I had so many aha moments and knew right then who I wanted to work with—people like me —People who turn to food when emotions like frustration, anger, boredom, or loneliness hit. People who don’t understand why they eat the way they do and why they can’t seem to stop. We don’t want to keep doing it, and we don’t like how it makes us feel. But no matter how hard we try... we just. can’t. stop.

I registered for the full training, choosing to specialize in this area of health & wellness and become an Eating Freely Licensed Emotional Eating & Binge Eating Specialist Coach. I understand what it’s like to travel this lonely road. Figuring out how and where to even begin making changes can be the biggest roadblock. I can help you break through the barriers and get started.

This is not about willpower. You are not weak. There’s so much more to this, and change is possible.

This is not a diet. There are no restrictions. Instead, you’ll develop awareness so you can finally separate emotional hunger from physical hunger, making choices that feel natural and good, without overthinking it and feeling deprived.

“I've always leaned towards strict diets, but this time around.... that wasn't working for me.  I liked the idea of learning to use awareness of my physical and emotional feelings to change eating habits.
