As nice as that may sound, coaching is a collaboration between a coach and a client. The client is expected to come to each session fully prepared to participate.
No two people are the same, therefore coaches can’t possibly use the same process with every client. After all, that’s why diets don’t work. The cookie-cutter approach gets set aside with this program. You have to find what works for you as an individual. You know yourself better than I do. You hold the answers to what works best for you. I’m here to guide you in finding those answers.

Definitely yes! While coaching and therapy have differences, they do complement one another.
Therapy is designed to address and heal past traumas and psychological issues.
Coaching centers on personal development, emphasizing goal-setting and future achievements.
Coaching in this particular program does explore the past to get an understanding of how it may be affecting your eating behaviors, but the coaching process does not include healing past trauma or psychological issues. Instead, we use what comes up from the past to make connections to the present. Them we create actionable strategies to achieve specific goals, maintaining an emphasis on the present and future.
I encourage women who know or suspect that trauma or psychological issues play a role in their eating behaviors to seek therapy during or after coaching.
If weight loss is a goal, getting a handle on food and eating issues through coaching often increases a client’s self-confidence while they’re also in therapy.
